Developer Fees

Effective June 27, 2022, the Lafayette School District will implement the following schedule of developer fees:

• $3.35 per square foot for Single Family Detached and Multifamily Attached 
• $0.365 per square foot for Retail and Services
• $0.546 per square foot for Office
• $0.496 per square foot for Research and Development
• $0.440 per square foot for Industrial/Warehouse/Manufacturing
• $0.453 per square foot for Hospital
• $0.185 per square foot for Hotel/Motel
• $0.010 per square foot for Self-Storage
