Volunteers and Visitors

The Lafayette School Governing Board recognizes the critical role parents and caregivers play in the education of our students. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to share their special knowledge and abilities with our students. At the same time, schools must be able to operate with full confidence that our students are safely working with adults who are there to serve their needs.

All visitors and volunteers to our campuses, outside of those who visit for school-wide events, are required to sign in at the school office. You will swipe your ID in the school office upon arrival. A name badge will be printed for you to wear while on campus. Check the Visitor and Volunteer Levels and Requirements Guide before you plan to visit our campuses.
