Facilities Use
Lafayette School District facilities and fields are available for community use throughout the year. Facilities Use Applications are accepted beginning on May 15th every year for the subsequent school year.
Please submit the following to [email protected] to apply:
- Facilities Application and Permit Form
- Signed Compliance Agreement
- Signed Liability Insurance Statement
- Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Lafayette School District as the Holder
NOTE: A key deposit of $2,500 per key will be required for key distribution.
