Interim Facilities Master Plan 2023-24

The Lafayette School District seeks to maintain excellent, modern school facilities in order to support its educational mission. As part of the 2016 bond, the district conducted a facilities assessment to identify areas of need. As the bond draws to a close, the District has updated its facilities assessment and created an "Interim Facilities Plan" for the use of its limited one-time facilities revenue in the coming several years. In June 2023, the Governing Board approved an Interim Facilities Plan and funding for a first tranche of new projects, including roof repair, kitchen upgrades at Burton Valley, HVAC replacement, painting, and interior lighting.
