If your child has a disability or medical condition, including food allergies, that require meal accommodations - please fill out the Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations form. Return your completed form to foodservices@lafsd.org
Food & Nutrition Services
We are pleased to announce our district wide participation in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. All students enrolled in the Lafayette School District will receive breakfast and lunch free of charge each day they are at school. All food and beverages served at LAFSD schools meet state and federal requirements. No sign up or registration is needed.
However, we are still encouraging families that currently receive free or reduced price lunches to continue completing the Annual Meal Application. Qualifying families may receive additional money and services for their family and the school district.
